Welcome to G4K, an AI-powered STEM and coding learning platform designed for children ages 7–12. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the G4K app, parent dashboard, website, and related services. By creating a parent account or allowing your child to use G4K, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child using the service.

2.Your Responsibilities as a Parent or Guardian

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Supervise your child’s use of the platform.
• Review and approve your child’s learning activity.
• Approve any subscription purchases.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your parent account and your child’s account.

3.Eligibility & Child Accounts

G4K is intended for children ages 7–12. We require verifiable parental consent before activating a child account.
You must not allow:

• Children under age 7 to use the app.
• Teenagers or adults to use a child’s account

We may suspend accounts that violate age, safety, or identity rules.

4.Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Children are expected to follow G4K’s Rules of Play (kid-friendly safety guidelines).
Parents must ensure that their child does not:

• Share personal information (full name, address, school).
• Upload or generate inappropriate content.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters.
• Misuse AI tools to produce harmful, violent, or illegal content.
• Harass, bully, impersonate others, or behave abusively.
• Attempt to access or tamper with internal systems.

Parents must not:

• Scrape or extract data from the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform.
• Use G4K to build competing products.
• Circumvent subscription controls.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

5.AI Learning Tools & Limitations

G4K uses AI technologies to:

• Generate educational explanations.
• Personalize lesson difficulty.
• Provide challenge-based learning content.

You understand and agree that:

• AI may generate incorrect or incomplete information.
• AI is not a substitute for human teaching or tutoring.
• G4K does not provide professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
• All AI interactions are filtered and monitored to protect children.
• Some AI-generated content may be reviewed manually for safety.

Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s learning progress.

6.Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions—if offered—may include:

• Monthly or annual plans.
• Optional add-ons (parent courses, additional features).

Billing Terms:

• All purchases are made by parents only.
• Prices may change; we will notify you if they do.
• Renewals occur automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime in your account settings or through the app store.

Refunds:

• Refund policies depend on your payment provider or app store.
• Contact support if you believe you were billed in error.

Children may not make purchases.

7.Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All materials in G4K—including lessons, characters, animations, AI-generated educational content, UI, and branding—are owned by Cassini AI LLC.
You and your child are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use G4K for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not:

• Copy or redistribute materials
• Use G4K content for external courses or commercial purposes.
• Remove or alter branding, copyrights, or disclaimers.

Your child's learning outputs (answers, progress, profile selections) belong to you, and you may export or delete them.

8.Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• A parent or child violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
• We detect attempts to bypass safety controls.
• Payment fails after reasonable retries.
• A parent requests deletion.
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If suspended, your subscription payments may continue unless you cancel.
We reserve the right to discontinue G4K or specific features. If we discontinue the service, you will receive a prorated refund for paid plans.

9.Privacy & Data Practices

Your use of G4K is also governed by:

• General Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy

These explain what we collect, how we use it, and how parents can exercise rights. Parents may:

• Review their child’s information
• Correct inaccuracies
