What subscription plans are available for parents?
We offer three plans: Explorer Plan – $9.99/month (up to 2 kids), Hero Plan – $19.99/month (up to 5 kids), Classroom Plan – starting at $299/month for schools. Each plan comes with a 7-day free trial!
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial. Occasionally, we run extended promotions (e.g., 1-month free during summer) in exchange for parent/teacher feedback.
What happens after the free trial ends?
If not canceled, your selected plan will automatically continue and your payment method will be charged.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
We don’t issue refunds for completed billing periods. However, if you encounter technical issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer an annual plan with a discount?
Yes! You can save up to 15% by paying annually instead of monthly.
Do you offer family discounts for multiple kids?
Yes. You can add extra child profiles to the Hero Plan for just $4.99/month per child.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards through PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. Schools can also pay via purchase orders or wire transfers.
Do you offer financial aid or scholarships for families who can’t afford a subscription?

If I refer a friend, do I get a discount?

Do schools have to sign long-term contracts?

Schools and libraries can purchase a Classroom Plan, which includes a discount for each additional child profile.

How do I sign up for G4K?
Visit g4kapp.com, click "Sign Up," and create an account using your email address. After login, you can add your kids to your plan for separate profile, games and progress for different ages.
Can I use the same account for multiple kids?
Yes! The Explorer Plan supports 2 kids, the Hero Plan supports 5. You can add more anytime.
How do I create a profile for my child?
Go to the Parent Dashboard → “Add Child” → Enter name, age, and learning preferences.
What devices can I use to play G4K?
You can play G4K on any device with a web browser, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Do I need to install an app, or can my child play through a browser?
No downloads or installs needed. G4K is entirely web-based.
Is G4K available internationally?
Yes! G4K is available worldwide, but some content may vary by region.
What age group is G4K designed for?

How many referrals can I make?
Unlimited! Refer as many families or schools as you want. Each new referral counts toward earning (or re-earning) the bonus levels listed on our Referral Bonus page.
When does my discount apply?
Your discount is automatically applied to your next month’s bill once your referred friend successfully subscribes. You’ll see the reduced amount at checkout or on your upcoming invoice.
What if my friend cancels?
If your friend cancels their subscription, your discount will be removed from your next invoice. You can continue to refer as many friends as you want, and each new referral counts toward earning (or re-earning) the bonus levels listed on our Referral Bonus page.
Can I stack multiple discounts?

Yes. All AI content is filtered, moderated, and restricted to educational topics. Children cannot chat with strangers or access unsafe topics.
Are there ads in the platform?
No. G4K is ad-free and designed to be a safe and distraction-free environment for children.
Can parents set screen time limits?
Yes. Set daily usage limits per child in your Parent Dashboard.
How is my child’s data protected?
G4K implements strong data security measures, including encryption and regular security audits, to protect your child’s personal information.
Can parents delete AI data?
Yes, you can request the deletion of your kids data from the Parent Dashboard or by contacting support.
Does the AI collect personal information?
Only the minimum needed to create learning content (nickname, age band, learning inputs).
We do not collect legal names, photos, or precise location.
Does the AI give medical or mental health advice?
No. G4K never provides medical, psychological, emotional, legal, or professional advice.
